What Our Guests say 500 + Reviews

Aug 29, 2025 07:00:00 AM
Reviewer Type: Family With Children
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: It was clean but outrageously expensive for what you get, just a simple plain room! Reception staff nice but long queues
Negative: Price, so so expensive for a bed and a pool! Bar staff rude and not in the mood to work, a staff through a coffee on the counter for my husband and refused to make coffees for the other customers! Location is far from everything unless you have a car! There is a shopping centre near it but that it, if you are visiting Dublin and you want to go sightseeing, with public transport it will be long and inconvenient!
Summary: Should be a 3 star hotel

Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Room was excellent. Very comfortable and having a fridge was a bonus
Negative: Didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for parking, adding an extra €10/night made the overall price less competitive

Reviewer Type: Family With Children
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Location is great.
Negative: Room was cramped; paint was chipped on one wall; just a curtain on the bathtub to create the shower meant the floor got wet during every shower. Breakfast was average. Room rate was vastly over-priced.

Positive: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with good selection. Rooms are lovely, comfy beds and spotless.
Negative: We were beside the lift so little noisy. Was expensive enough for 1 adult and 1 child at €210 but probably in line with dublin prices.
Summary: Would recommend
